I had a tire with damage to the sidewall. It was not repairable. I dropped off the tire and rim at the dealership. The relacement tire was put on my rim within an hour. It was at no cost to me because I had purchased the road hazard insurance when we bought the truck. When I returned to pick up the new tire I asked the service tech if he could get the tire put on for me and while he was at it I asked, and he rotated all of my tires for me. My 2011 ,GMC pickup was making a noise underneath. I had no appointment ,but your service department took it in and within a hour told me that the u-joints seized and they would fix it in about and hour or so and best of all being a drive train job it was under warranty . Power steering started to fail on 09 Enclave. The service department at Brian Harris GMC in Slidell, LA found some other warrant/recall issues so the car needed to stay for a week. We had an extended warranty so they supplied us with a loaner vehicle. I think that there were some internal issues and parts issues that contributed to the length of stay but we were OK because of the loaner vehicle. We have been very pleased with the service department at Brian Harris the only reason we do not use it regularly is that we have a very good friend who owns a shop in town (and "takes care of us". This is our fifth GM vehicle (3 Chevys, 1 GMC, and 1 Buick) in a row and we have been pleased with all of them and the dealerships. Read More >>
